Job Title: Outside Sales Estimator

Job Summary:
GMH Fence is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Estimator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for meeting with homeowners, preparing project estimates and fence proposals, overseeing projects, and serving as a liaison between customers and installation crews. No cold calling is required. The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project estimates and fence quotes for residential customers
• Meet with homeowners to discuss project needs and recommend fencing solutions
• Oversee multiple projects from sale through completion
• Communicate with customers and installation crews throughout the project
• Coordinate scheduling and project timelines
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Utilize a company vehicle for appointments and site visits

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous sales or estimating experience
• Construction or fence industry experience preferred
• Residential sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend availability as needed

Compensation:

• $60,000+ annually, based on experience

Job Title: Fence Installer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum. The Fence Installer will be responsible for measuring and marking the installation area, digging post holes, setting posts, and installing fence panels. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work independently or as part of a team and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark the installation area
• Dig post holes and set posts
• Install fence panels
• Ensure that the fence is level and secure
• Trim excess material and clean up the installation area
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with the installation
• Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fence installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
